Oliver Finnern

‍Oliver Finnern, a seasoned sales expert and networker, began his career after studying electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. His professional journey started as a consultant with Plönzke and later in various management positions at IT consultancy CSC in Hamburg and Wiesbaden. Over 19 years in this field, he continuously expanded his network and became a trusted partner for many clients in IT projects.

In 2008, he transitioned to the renowned executive search firm Ray & Berndtson, with offices in Hamburg and Frankfurt. In 2010, he returned to Plönzke Holding AG, where he, together with founder Klaus C. Plönzke, helped shape the network surrounding successful small and medium-sized IT consulting firms.

In 2021, Oliver Finnern joined Tuleva as Head of Sales, and due to his extensive experience and strategic vision, he was appointed to the board in 2022.

Additionally, since 2021, he has been the Chairman and co-founder of bits&vision eG, which has transformed the traditional Plönzke network into a modern and dynamic cooperation model.
